We used 2 other companies over 4 years before them, and both were a hassle to deal with. One was a private company who had come highly recommended by a former neighbor, and the other was one of the big companies with franchises. Both companies were inconsistent with their cleans, would always break things in our house and try to hide it until confronted, and were a challenge in getting a response in their correspondence.
